* Delete 4 Part 4624 Light Gray Wheel 8mm D. x 6mm
* Delete 4 Part 3641 Black Tire 15mm D. x 6mm Offset Tread Small
* Change 4 Part Light Gray 4624c02 Wheel 8mm D. x 6mm with Black Tire Offset Tread Small (4624 / 3641) {Counterpart to Regular}

I was able to verify this with sealed set contents which I consider reliable.
Thus, the requests were approved. Evidentiary photos attached - one of the
assembled wheels can be seen on the right-hand side of the picture around the
middle.
In the future, please take the time to provide documentation for change requests
which you submit. Any request submitted without evidence is subject to immediate
rejection.

I was able to verify this with sealed set contents which I consider reliable.

For what it's worth, I know that these wheels and tires came assembled when
they were first introduced. I think that changes at some point in the 1990s,
but I'm not sure of the year. Actually, I'm not even 100% sure about
the decade. But for sets from 1986 I am very confident that these wheels/tires
came assembled.

Russell spearheaded a change in inventories for a number of wheels to reflect
their assembly in sets which was completed late last year. I imagine getting
inventories changed for this wheel/tire assembly is on his to-do list. Since
this is his project and he's done quite a bit of research on it, I'll
wait for him to direct further catalog-wide changes in inventories for these
wheels.
