Maybe a note can be added that the group of parts for "no middle hole" were replaced with those coming with middle hole since 1981.
I doubt the presence of 3062a. I checked one sealed copy coming with x469b,... that comes with 3062a.

What has caused you to believe these wheels came assembled? The MISB sets I've
looked at came with the wheels separate from the hubs. The hubs are sealed in
one of the plastic baggies and the wheels are on display in the center.

Photo attached of one of the MISB sets I've examined (one of the wheels has
moved from its place in the display tray).

Yeap, I was gonna request to remove that request! I was probably checking photos
of various sets for comparison and got confused. Sorry.
