I have seen photos of few sealed and used copies of this set. The windows 29
came with glass. This set was released between 1976-77 (by best of my knowledge
not after 1977). One sealed copy was from 1977 in which these windows came with
glass.

I checked the log of changes for this set. First, the windows 29 were listed
and then 29c01 was added as alternative.
The instructions shows glass for red 29c01 but shows a yellow glass for yellow
29c01 (or maybe they intended not to show a glass at all. I think the instructions
were not properly designed for yellow windows 29c01)

You are right about the 'with glass', reason I added them as alternate
(MIB set).
The set was inventoried many years before, not sure on what the inventory was
based (no log back then), so the change of adding alternates in 2010 was 'safer',
particulary as some sellers have sets for sale and BL does not send warnings
when an alternate become 'regular'without alternates), which may lead
to issues between buyers and sellers when a set sells and the seller took the
'previous' version of the inventory to list a set.

- Photos 1-2 from the same set in new condition (provided by Bluxe). It is important
to note that the glass of the right window on the second photo is not visible.
The glass on the left is visible thanks to the reflection of light.
- Photo 3 from a sealed set
- Photo 4 from a used set. It is in poor quality but it seems the glasses are
there
- Photos 5 and 6 from a set in new condition provided by a Swedish collector.
He also registered a video of this set and 725 (so nice and helpful AFOL)

The set in your photo doesn't look in MIB condition. At least the two brown
inner boxes are missing. There should also be a wire similar to

Part No: 2913c01 Name: Electric, Train Track Contact Base with Wire (97cm) with Blue Electric, Connector, 2-Way Male Rounded Wide Long with Hollow Pins (2913 / bb0093ac01)

Parts: Electric, Wire & Connector
(but I haven't add it yet). I think you set does have this wire.

The term MIB is oftenly misinterpreted.
Read: Mint In Box, which therefor applies to the content (in), not to the box
(which would be part of a description)
I did not say MIMB: Mint in Mint Box

Is it visible in the sealed set?

I can't remember about mine (as the wire wasn't in BL's inventory,
I may have removed it) it came with other things like extra rails, transfo, and
other loose parts, but that was 8 years ago

I don't understand the terms MISB or NIB very well but I refer to MISB as
a set whose content is still sealed or untouched but the box has been opened.
In this case, I don't think the set in your photo was "never played with"
and "new" because the content of the two brown boxes were opened but I may be
wrong.

The wire 2913c01 was included in all 12v blue-era sets but it has two variants
and I am still working on it to make sure to add the right one to each set. I
have seen the wire in the sealed sets, see the photos attached. (the bottom right
of the box)
We have also added a wire to inventory of sets 7730, 7740 and 7725. I think TLG
always included the wire so that the buyers wouldn't need to buy it separately.
It seems to me that this wire did not come with the transformers 740 and its
variants.

Actually, the acronym MISB stands for Mint In Sealed Box. Therefore, by definition
the outer seals on a MISB set have never been opened and the set exists in the
exact condition in which it came from the factory.

The acronyms MIB (Mint In Box) or NIB (New In Box) are more difficult to define
and are somewhat synonymous, but typically refer to a set for which the box has
been opened, but the contents have not been used and some or all of them may
still be sealed in the factory baggies.

More particularly, MIB refers to a condition in which the seals have been opened
or have come loose over time, but everything inside is pretty much untouched.
NIB means that the set has been opened and someone may have messed around with
the contents, including possibly opening some or all of the sealed baggies, but
nothing has been built and everything is present.
