Admin has the choice to obtain any of the following types of evidence:
1) Photos of several used sets;
2) Photos of a sealed set;
3) Since last time, the submitter of this inventory change found a travel machine and used it to discuss this change of part with few managers of TLG in 1986. They provide him a special type of evidence, leaving no doubt to admin of bricklink.

Unfortunately, the photo you posted is inconclusive and provides no evidence
for the request.

However, I have looked at the totality of the circumstances regarding this part's
appearance and have approved the request to add it as alternate.

Even if the photo was conclusive, how would you be sure that the wire belonged
to this set? the wires and larger parts were not sealed in plastic bags.

And your mistake was that you chose the wrong type of evidence otherwise you
would have obtained a reliable evidence

You don't believe in time machine, do you?

I will believe in anything at all, no matter how outlandish, provided that there
is sufficient evidence for its existence. In the case of a time machine, the
evidence would need to be very strong indeed to cause me to admit its existence.

Unfortunately, there is no evidence whatsoever for the existence of a method
or machine for travelling to the past. Further, the likelihood of there being
such a machine in the future is slim, because we do not seem to be visited by
time travelers in our present.

There is, however, a solid method for travelling into the future more quickly
than one's peers. One must only accelerate to a significant fraction of
light speed for a reasonable amount of time. I plan on attempting it one day
and will advise your great-great-great-grandchildren of my results.

If you'd like, I'll even take them a used 1980s LEGO train set purchased
from eBay.

In my case, somebody travelled to present:
In my conversation with a Danish manager of TLG responsible for marketing, I
shared my pain and suffering in submitting inventory change requests and all
Post-traumatic stress disorders I have had, he gave me few hints to ease these
requests. Unfortunately, the time was short as he quickly moved into the year
2047. But I understood that the instructions of 7745 have two versions.
The version of 1985: Id number 120419
comes with the wire 765c28

The version of (1986? or 1988?): Id number 120620
comes with the wire 2776c28

See photo attached

In his last few seconds in 2018, he gave me a hint to resolve the long-standing
problem of yellow cones of 7730.

But he came from the past not future. It would be rather us giving him an upcoming
the lottery numbers!
