Comments from Submitter:
This set has significant similarities to set 2368-1, so much so that I am changing the inventories to match and adding a relationship match between the sets. I have verified the inventory of 2368-1 to be accurate using the parts list printed on the label on one side of the bucket.

This is almost certainly one of a handful of times that TLG has repackaged a regular set for educational use. Sometimes, as in the case of 9278-1, they don't appear to have even changed out the labels on the set.

I suspect 9062-1 was done this way, which is why there are no photos to be found of a set bucket with 9062 on the label. The set was likely sold to the education market in the 2368 bucket and was, therefore, the same set. The only difference was probably the fact that when educators ordered set 2368 they did so by ordering set number 9062.

I could not find 9062 in any education catalogs I have.
