Requests like these for older sets take much longer to examine than other requests.
In the case of this request you say:

I still need to figure out how you know they were released in 139A and not in
139. I also don't know the difference between these sets.

The difference between 139a and 139 is the electronics block. If you look inside
you will see that it has other electronic parts. The block of set 139 (x871b)
can make a motor go forward and reverse. The block of 139a (x871a) can only make
the motor go forward.
I know about the connectors because I have seen many of these sealed sets in
auctions and some in person. I even have one sealed 139a in my store.

Both x466c15blue and x466c15red will need to be inventoried before these requests
can be approved. If they are not inventoried, then the appearance of 996ac01
and the wire in the set will be lost. This also applies to your pending inventory
requests for set 138-1.
Please submit inventories for the parts with wires of the correct length. Once
I get the inventories approved, then it should be no problem to approve these
requests.

I would like to inventory these items very much, but The addition (as new part)
of the white wire 14 studs long has been pending for a long time now. How can
i inventory x466c15blue and x466c15red if they don't even accept the white
wire as a new part. A bit frustrating actually.

I see that it has been approved and you've added inventories. However, the
wire in the inventory doesn't match the description:
Are we saying the wire is 14 studs long and the total assembly is 15 studs long?
Because if so, I think it would be more than 15 studs in total length with the
connectors added.
Or does a wire which is 15 studs long need to be added to the catalog?
Or do the descriptions of the current assemblies which state that they're
15 studs long need to be changed?
Or does the description of the wire x466c14 which states that it's 14 studs
long need to be changed?

I suppose it's possible that the total assembly could be 15 studs in length
since the wire goes some distance into the connectors. If that's the case,
then please let me know and I can get the part inventories and your pending inventory
requests approved.

For future reference, this part:
may not be the correct part for this set as it does not specify whether the pins
are hollow or cross-cut. At this time the part has no inventory.
