My mom told me when I was about five or six that I didn't always have to post weird things with my inventory change requests.
I replied that (a) I was hungry and when would dinner be ready, and (b) could she please turn down Pantera so I could concentrate on building my LEGO set, and (c) what was the meaning of a change request.
She just shook her head sorrowfully at me and said that someday I would see the wisdom in her words.
This set was released in 1992 and the copyright date on the attached photo (difficult
to see, I know) is also 1992. Therefore, this set was unlikely to have ever
included the closed-hitch part either as a regular part or as an alternate part.
