| Currently BrickLink supports (at least) two onsite payment methods (PayPal and
Stripe).
Currently the buyer is required to pick one at the time the order is placed,
and given no ability to switch onsite selection later.
I currently offer both PayPal and Stripe onsite. When a buyer has an issue with
PayPal onsite (as many of them seem to be having), they have no way to switch
to Stripe onsite.
Based on feedback from my buyers, the majority of the problems with PayPal onsite
have to do with addresses. Stripe handles addresses differently from PayPal.
Having the choice at payment time, may resolve some of these problems (and speed
payments along).

To clarify something I was trying to say … Onsite should be the choice shown
on the order, and not PayPal onsite or Stripe onsite. The buyer would then get
to pick which one when they go to make the payment. For sellers only offering
one or the other, that would be the only choice available.

An update … I just discovered that the seller can change an order from PayPal-onsite
to Stripe-onsite. If the seller can change it, why can't the buyer do the
same ?
