| Please make changes to the following inventory:
* Change {2 to 4} Part Black 3137c02assy1 Brick, Modified 2 x 2 with Wheels Red for Dually Tire, with Black Tires Smooth Small Dually (3137c02 / 7b) (Counterpart)

I hope I did this right -- I think the number of these counterparts just needs to match the number of the regular items, i.e., 4 small smooth dual tire sets, as shown in the instructions (2 at the rear of the first tanker, and 2 on the second tanker).

You are correct. Many wheeled counterparts were added en masse and sometimes
there were clerical mistakes like this that slipped through.
