| Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to add the part variations to this set. However,
I am going to have to ask you to resubmit these as you have not used the form
correctly. I know the Match ID system can be a bit confusing, but there are too
many errors here for me to correct manually.
When adding an Alternate part to a set, there are 2 steps:
1) Add the Alternate in the correct color and quantity and assign it the next
Match ID available in the set.
2) Change the matching part in the Regular inventory to have the same Match ID.
The Match IDs you have used are actually the Inv Item IDs. There are the codes
used only to Change an item. To determine the correct Match ID, you just need
to look at the set inventory and see which sequential number is available for
Alternates. The first Match ID for any set would be 1.
I have added a couple images of how you should complete the form.
One last thing: when you want to correct a listed part (such as one that has
been marked Undetermined) it would be best to Change the listing. Please do not
Add one and Delete the other.
