Going by a brief study I have done (and personal recollection), 1986 is right
on the edge of when Lego stopped distributing the 4073 on sprues:
 
Part No: 4073 Name: Plate, Round 1 x 1
* 		4073 Plate, Round 1 x 1
Parts: Plate, Round
...meaning that the extra quantity plus the regular quantity must add up to an
even number. So I am at pains to approve this request, as it seems you have compiled
these extras from a conglomeration of sets, and separated them out according
to your best judgment.

The other problem is the Black and Trans Yellow lots have no extras, so I have
come to the conclusion that the Trans Red and Trans Green must have come from
later sets that you own.
