Hi all

I have suggested this before, but I got no answers or got ignored.

My splash page is in HTML, and I use the HTML comment tag to
1) easy overview in code
2) my vacation messages is currently commented out, but still visible as BL does
not accept this tag.

I suggest to add this tag, to help people and it does not any harm.
