Say you want 240 of some part, you put in "Min Qty: 240"
Seller 1 has "500x at 0.10 each"
Seller 2 has "400x at 0.12 each; buy 50 or more for 0.09 each"
The current sort will show seller 1 first, but the cheapest option (all other
things being equal) would be seller 2.
A Sort by "Best Price at Min Qty" would sort by the price of the highest bulk
tier under the specified "Min Qty" of each listing.
Another option could take into account savings if the min qty is near a bulk
tier. E.g. Seller 3 has "buy 250 or more for 0.08 each" - buying 250 from this
seller costs less than buying 240 from seller 2.

Good suggestion. Don't forget to also include the possibility that seller
3 may have 2 or more lots of the identical item totaling the desired quantity,
but not in each individual lot alone. Perhaps also adding the option to pool
new and used lots via a checkbox for all items on wanted list or individual lots
on wanted list.
