I understand the question though.
I have my store and collection at two different adresses.
When I order I would like it shipped to one, but I sell from the other.
Now I just use my store address for both, but it would be handy if it was possible.
BUT I understand how this can be mis-used by frauds, so I agree on the NO.

Absolutely YES.
When buying from international sellers, my standard adress should be used.
When buying from national sellers, I often use shipping to a local Packstation.
Until now, it is not possible to manage this by Bricklink.
Of course, I am using the "comments" textbox to specifiy an alternate shipping
adress, but some powersellers don't seem to be able to read this... they ship
to the wrong adress anyway.

What about the ability to ONLY use your PayPal address if you use PayPal?

I have multiple (confirmed) addresses in my PayPal account. I just select the
one I want the package sent to when checking out with PayPal. I also leave a
comment when checking out at BL to use the confirmed paypal address, and copy
it into the comment too. I don't think I have ever had a seller use the wrong
address.

Well, I don't use Paypal for all Bricklink Orders, due to some (high) fees some
sellers request when paying by Paypal.
Moreover, some sellers don't care about the checkout-comments... they stick to
the adress of the order summary.
It is not even possible to change the adress dynamically, because sellers from
recent (!) orders will be notified that my adress has changed... *argh* not a
bad idea at all, but absolutely not suitable for this special use case.

Same. I have a NY and London PayPal address and I haven't had any objection
from sellers here to ship to London even though it doesn't match my Bricklink
address.

I vote Yes.
However, if Yes, then you need to indicate which address to use on the order
AND it must also be set up in your paypal account (if paying by paypal).
I have asked sellers to ship to my alternate addresses (not the one set up on
bricklink), but usually it is a seller I have done business with in the past.
I have also asked a seller to ship an order to a family member, as a gift.
I will ask, before I place the order, if I want the item shipped to other than
my bricklink address. I will also set the address up in Paypal, so that the
seller has the same paypal protection, as if they shipped it to my main address.
