Hello all

I have a relatively large wanted list at present & want to place some orders,
however I do not want to delete the items from my wanted list when I place the
order and would rather wait until the ordered items are in hand and I can then
add them to the sets I wish to complete.

Could the 'delete items from wanted list' be added to the completed button on
the order or even to the order itself so I can do it at a later date?

I do hope my ramblings make sense & that you get what I mean...

No it's a great idea. I have the same problem that I use the wanted lists and
comments to buy parts for specific purposes, but after I delete them from the
Wanted list, I have this problem of trying to figure out how many of this part
go into which "bucket". Removing the items from an "active" wanted list to a
historical one would be a great feature.

You can.

From here http://www.bricklink.com/orderSettingsCols.asp?v=p make sure that the
box for "Items in Order on My Wanted List Icon" is checked.

Now, from your Orders Placed page, you will see an icon like a curled piece of
paper, which will show you items from that order which are on your wanted list.

Thanks Marc - I had it checked but didn't know where to look at the end of the
order.

All the best

I have a wanted list set-up called 'Ordered', that I move items to once I have
placed an order (easy to do from the 'items in this order on my wanted list'
link). Once the order comes in, I can check them off, and choose to delete them
totally or not. Remarks remain so you can adjust quantities ordered / needed
if you can't buy all the parts in one lot. You can also de-select this wanted
list in shops so you don't buy the same things twice (but can still see it if
necessary, in case you decide you might need a few spares!).

Not perfect, but seems to work for me!

Hello there,

I have used multiple wanted lists in an order, and have a question in managing
them. Is there a way to bring up quantities bought in the "order items in my
wanted list," so that I know if I need to get more or I ordered enough?

Thanks.
