I hope this gets implemented. Sometimes it happens that orders are shipped in
more than one parcel. In this case it would be good if sellers could indicate
how many parcels there were in the order. And a buyer could indicate that, for
example, parcel one of two just arrived so still waiting for another one. So
an option for sellers to indicate how parcels are there (default 1) and an option
for buyers to select an appropriate option:
Received (1 shipment of 1)
and if there is more than one shipment the system would provide these options:
Received (1 shipment of X)
Received (2 shipments of X)
...
Received (X-1 shipments of X)
Received (all X shipments)
This sounds like a very good option in my opinion. Allows further details to
be easily communicated between sellers and buyers via simple order updates.
