1. If you received any orders, all of your orders must be in Completed or Cancelled status. Visit your Orders Received to see your orders.
2. If you have an unpaid balance in your account then you must first pay the outstanding amount so your balance owed is $0.00. For more information, visit your My Fees page.

If you later change your mind after you have reverted from a seller back to a buyer and want to again be a seller then you can upgrade from a buyer to a seller on the Registration page.
