from 4820bc01 which I have on hand which can easily be separated. I can easily add and remove the wheels without damaging anything. Since the item number is already used as an alternate in 2158c01 I had to add -MSG in order to submit it.

the dimensions are with the band thingy curled up at the top which doesn't affect the dimensions. this was purchased under this https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?G=LLCAcmp01&idColor=0#T=P listing but that listing is dated to the year 2000 for release but the copyright for this is 2006 so they might not be connected. unfortunately, as this was purchased on behalf of someone I dont know anything about it.
