This item was not released, but based on the evidence of it being advertised in the back of the instructions for set 41444, it may have been produced and shipped to stores in advance. But later cancelled after consideration, and retailers probably where told to ship all examples back to LEGO.

I have one of these models, but I didn't buy it with the blister pack. I just filled a cup with the parts needed. I got the info and picture from Brickset. If this is not allowed, I could take a picture of the model.
