| Hi,
I cancelled your post because even if you cut some bits, there was still enough
to find their website.
The rest is saved below.
As for answering your question: you may contact help desk and/or report the store.
The admins will verify.

"15% extra discount on LEGO parts on Bricklink"

This week:
15% extra discount
on LEGO sets and parts in our store on Bricklink.
The sender's email address is
[redacted]
Is this email coming from this store?
[redacted]
If so, how did they obtain my email address?! I never messaged them or bought
from them.
Shall I report this store?

It turns out I had ordered from the store (I think they slightly changed their
name of store). The store deliberately sent me an advertising message to my email
(that he found and picked from the order's page).

Are you sure you did not favourite the store or join their mail list?
If you didn't, then least favourite the store and filter their email address
to automatically delete emails from them.

| The shop is one on Bricklink:
https://store.bricklink.com/BSW.Bricks?p=BSW.Bricks#/terms
I ordered from them but did not subscribe however they found a solution: they
had my email address, and used it to send me emails about their sales.
I reported this store but nothing has happened and they sent me another email
today.
@SylvainLS
What private information about them am I giving away here?

That's bad commercial practices and not allowed on BrickLink - and even less
in Europe.
Write them using BrickLink messages / contact.
"I'm aaa@example.com, I never asked you to send me commercial e-mails.
Please bla bla."
Report again, and send contact again until it works?

Here, as in “in this new message,” none.
Previously, you gave a semi-obfuscated e-mail address with their domain name
(which leads to their website).
