| Just submitted these to be added to the catalog. As far as I can tell, there's
no actual item number to reference, so I submitted the LEGO with "badgeset6"
as item number.
What do you think; did I do it wrong? Is there another, maybe better term to
use as item number?
-Thanks

Sierra Madre movie reference...
Had a ornery, very tough group leader when younger, that would often quote it.
But he was hispanic, so it somehow worked
Maybe if you use the accent

I think it is a fun game to find obscure items and get them into the catalogue
especially if nobody else buys or sells them. I've done it a handful of
times. It's a bit like finding a googlewhack back in the early 2000s.

Fun? Sorry, not really. I've other ideas of what's fun. To be a part
of building the most comprehensive catalog possible, to the benefit of many,
is rewarding or enjoyable. Even if my part in this may be small, I really
enjoy seeing the catalog develop, and to help fellow members like Janet:

I so rarely buy sets in the first few days of release that I never get to add
parts that are to the benefit of many. That is why I enjoy the moments I find
something (often promotional) that nobody else has come across. For some of the
promo sticker sheets I have added I was the only seller with them. It is strange
to think I have some free giveaway items scarce enogh that nobody else sells
them, even though the demand for (and possibly knowledge of) them is zero so
they are not really worth adding to a sales catalogue. Or maybe other sellers
realise demand is zero and don't bother with them, either cataloguing them
or selling them. A little bit of pointless joy.

I see. Thanks for expanding on it some more. Always like to understand the thinking
of others as best I can. Though "pointless joy" I'm still trying
wrap my head around...
Your perception of catalog-appreciation, although no doubt valid, I just never
saw it that way. But know that I wouldn't want to either. Anyway, enjoyed
your shared thoughts as always.

Indeed, it is rewarding when you check it out some later time and there are 2
or 3 listings
