These are found on page 47 of instructions. Currently listed as alternate parts but not in actual inventory.
As you mentioned, these parts are listed as alternates in the inventory, and
not in the regular section. This is because the parts alternate with a production
change of the set, so they can't be listed in the regular inventory.

There are at least 2 different versions of instructions for this set. The differences
for the second version are indicated in this inventory in the Alternate Items
