Thank you, but for 9503 I find Rate 1: Free and Rate 2: 70%
What does this mean?

Oh I see, found it:
Duty rates for goods from most countries are listed in Column 1

Thats means no more Duties for LEGO?

Is that in application? Can someone confirm?

OK, it didn't change

Base U.S. HTS duty for LEGO (HS 9503) is “Free” (0%), as reflected in the HTSUS
schedule.

However, reciprocal tariff policy (Section 99) added roughly 15% for EU/Denmark
origin toys from ~August 2025 onward.

There is no confirmed U.S. announcement that these tariffs have been removed
or will soon become 0% again. Trade negotiations are ongoing, but no effective
tariff drop has been published yet.

There never have been (tariffs are a separate issue).
