I received an order from a Greek customer, who informed me they will be visiting
UK in a couple of weeks and requested delivery to their place of stay. Now, because
the seller is international, they are being charged VAT, is it possible to waive
the VAT charge in this situation?

no since the buyer is in Greece and bricklink is required to collect VAT on all
orders under 150 euro.
