I've had a few potential buyers reach out to report they're receiving
error messages when trying to place an order. One buyer said a second message
he received was saying there was an $2 order minimum, when I intentionally do
not have an order minimum. I have a pretty stead stream of orders coming in,
so I know some (most?) buyers aren't having problems.
I'm at a loss as how to help them. Any suggestions? I've check all the
store management settings on my end and they look correct. Are there some common
settings that I might have turned on/off which are giving people problems? Are
there some common "user errors" that I could gently suggest the buyer
try to solve the issue?
