When making instructions in Page Design on Stud.io, I have a pretty persistent
problem no matter how large my MOC is and I can’t seem to find anyone else with
this problem.
Each step will typically have “Parts List” set to “On” both in the Format Tab
and the Global Style tab. The parts list won’t actually appear, so I have to
switch it off and back on. When doing so, even after selecting “update global”
and clicking out of the image and onto the step itself, after switching to another
step and back again the Parts list disappears.
I had gotten it to work on one MOC, and it actually applied the parts list to
every step, but I can’t seem to figure out how to Replicate that.
This is a big MOC with 423 pages worth of instructions so this is becoming frustrating.

Thank you for your help!
Hi,
This is weird. The parts list is on by default and it generally doesn’t cause
any trouble.
Could you share an example file? That would be better done on the dedicated
forum for Studio and PartDesigner, https://forum.bricklink.com/ (menu Studio
» Resources » Studio Forum), where one can easily upload .io files and images.
If you don’t want to make it public by uploading it there, please send it with
a complete report to bricklink@support.lego.com, clearly stating it’s about Studio
so it gets redirected to the devs quickly.
(Don’t forget to give some info on your PC: Windows/macOS? versions? etc., so
the devs can test in a similar environment.)
