Hello - I have a question about a request for quote that was cancelled by the
store.
I submitted a request on the 28th Jan, and it was cancelled today.
I wanted to find out why, so I could fix the problem if there was one at my end,
or try resubmitting my request. When I click on "Contact your seller about
this request", I get a message saying: "Oops? There was a problem processing
your request: 1. Bricklink member $#%$xxxx doesn't want to be contacted"
I went back to the store, and far as I can tell, they are open.
Not sure how to proceed - looking for advice/suggestions. This hasn't happened
before.

Thank you!
If even 1 item in a quote is sold in another order, leaving the quantity in the
quote less than they have in stock, BrickLink auto-cancels the quote, which may
be the cause.
As for if the seller has contact off, click the contact button from within the
store and it should work.
This also happens if you move an item that's part of the in the quote to
the stockroom. I did this accidentally once and the quote auto-cancelled.

.Okay - thank you both for quick replies. I will try contact the seller in their store page and go from there. When the message said "Seller doesnt want to be contacted", I got gun-shy.
