Hi all,

So I have a buyer who left negative feedback as he did not get his order.

We subsequently received it and apparently changed his feedback to positive but
the negative feedback also shows. Is this how it works? Is there a contact point
for me to request removal on the basis that the buyer is now happy with the purchase.

Help appreciated. Thanks!

Maybe the customer wants to help you and will remove the negative feedback for
you?

Can be done via https://www.bricklink.com/feedbackDel.asp
(as long as it's not older than 30 days, which seems to be the case here)

Only negative I see on your account is from 2016
