Hello everyone. Will I be able to purchase parts from other stores after the
stores in the 35 countries listed above close on January 31, 2026, or will access
be blocked for customers as well?

Unfortunately, it’s both buying and selling:
“BrickLink members in these countries will no longer be able to buy or sell
