Buying Privileges - OK
I ordered and then had a mutual agreement with the seller to cancel the order.
The seller refunded the purchase price. No problem. But now the order shows
in my order list as 'Ready'?? What is necessary for myself or the seller
to do, so it doesn't show in my order list.

There is not much you can do. However, you can hide it by filing it.

The seller has now to cancel the order.
Especially if amateur he may not know, or be AFK - give him some time
