So I made this MOC in Bricklink Studio and I saved right after finishing it and
rendering it and for some reason after I exited the instructions creator, my
model was corrupted, missing parts etc.

When I reloaded it was reverted back to it's original blank unfinished form
from when I first saved it and now I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE I WASTED
SO MUCH TIME MAKING SUCH A BEAUTIFUL MODEL AND NOW IT'S GONE

Please help I can't ..... do this how do I access version history or how
do I recover it?

Maybe before ranting and swearing in a public forum, learn how to use the software
properly. Create a simple ten part design and learn how to save it before working
on a more complex model. Always test what you are doing on a quick and simple
example rather than spending hours when you don't yet know how to use a piece
of software.

I wouldn't see it as wasted time.
Take is as a learning experience. The amount of hours of progress I have lost
over the years must be weeks by now. Take a break do something else because being
all angry will not help you right now. At least it was just 5 hours not hundreds.

Look, I know that this is frustrating but it is easier to let it go. Cool off
and then later start anew and create something even better and also be sure to
save your progress often this time.
