Hello People!

I was invoiced for an item that was not sold due to the fact that the buyer was
a reported conman. I have no means to delete this order from my list, therefore
I was invoiced for it. Customer support says I shall pay. This must have happened
to many people as he was phishing for bank data. Did you just pay up? Since I
may or may not even sell anything in a year, I would rather not pay for something
I never sold.

Hi,

Can’t you cancel the order?
Unpaid orders should be cancellable.  And if the order is wrongly marked as paid,
you should be able to change the status first.

I just thought of a reason why it might not be cancellable - if it was purged

Ah, yes.  And it would only be invoiced at the end of the year because it was
too small for a monthly payment.

Another reason to keep orders details for 1 year and not 6 months….

Change payment status to Not Yet Paid, change order status to Ready, submit an
OCR, cancel the order.
