Im a new seller and I have been unable to get any orders. The buyers that try
to buy from my store all say that my store does not ship to their state. However

Check your payment options, you need to connect Paypal or Stripe onsite payment
options.

I’ve had PayPal connected. I have gone over everything multiple and I honestly
don’t know what to do. And if there’s something I’m somehow missing, that would
not be a very seller friendly thing for bricklink to have on their platform.

Okay I created a new business PayPal account and now hopefully it works.
