I am thinking of selling my store. I'm looking to understand valuations a
bit better as no experience previously at a whole store sell.
Googling seems to tell me general sale value is around 30/35/40% of 6 months
sale average (assumed the norm. is calculating this through Brickstore) up to
potentially 50% depending on what's on offer.
Also aware of BricksellerHub website.
Here's the thing I'm trying to get my head round -
I am not cherry-picking / removing what's there, all the good comes with
it which includes 600+ figs of which there's 139 Star Wars, with a number
of rare ones. I had read a lot of people who sell their 'stock' have
removed most of the best stuff.
I also don't sell sh*t bricks+parts, I have great feedback by design not
by luck, does the whole store consisting of well described 2nd-hand and mostly
vg quality 2nd hand parts count for anything or not really and all stores are
considered the same?
Another question - are all the storage units part of the percentage or at an
additional if wanted? I have about 24 the multi-drawer storage units and 30-40
'Really Useful' 5 to 10L containers with a number of compartmented ones
for minifigs.
I just wanted to get a rounded understanding of what buyers would expect and
what I as a seller could also expect.
Thank you for any help with my understanding on this.
If you needed to see store it's Dagobrick with password of Dagobah2
You can list it with photos and describe all that comes with it.
