Rant begins...
I just issued a customer a coupon for the first time in a while. Why did Bricklink
break a process that was already working? I cliked on the create a coupon link
next to the order number from My Orders Received page and it takes me to a screen
asking for the customer's username....it isn't populated? So I go back
to the order screen and have to scroll all the way back down to that order number
(because it doesnt save my place) and then Customer name is on that screen so
I have to click on the order to get to their Username. Then when I click back
to return to the orders again, I'm back at the top and have to scroll to
find the order again to click on the coupon. Next I enter in all the details
and issue the coupon and the system spinning "processing" icon comes
up. Ugh!
What would have taken me 2 clicks and a 3 digit code and I would have been done,
now takes FOREVER!!!

No, for now the easy way is to get it from the URL of the coupon, simply copy
the username (after user=) and paste it:

Merry Christmas, everyone!

As far as I know the username will autofill when coming with this link they are
working on it.
Also before if the user was a buyer of yours you didn't have to enter the
3 digits code!
And yes, the new page takes forever to load and to create the coupon...

I received a coupon from a UK store 3 days ago, via email (I don't have the
message in BL Messages), with two option links ("Browse Store" and "View
Coupon". I clicked to see the value of the coupon via the "View My Coupon"
option (as the text didn't say) and it leads to a 404 error. So either the
coupon code didn't work or the store redacted it somehow. You may want to
check if any coupons you create actually work...
BTW I've had and used coupons before, which showed up in a menu, but I can't
even find that menu now. :/

Actually just found it, but it's not in the obvious place it was before.
The coupon does appear on that list though.
