than the second option "Expedited parcel". But I am not sure about Portugal.

The difference of costs comparing to tracked packed is about $10. I also have
to pay for the consolidated package I send to stallion.
With stallion express i get $300 insurance max
If the package is not accepted and delivered like if the buyer do not pay taxes,
or forget to pick up the package, there is no return service. (Happened with
one buyer in siwtzerlands)
Why not net parcel? Because their return system works like this: please pay $200
for the package to be returned to you.

I would not ship it unless it's fully insured and tracked due to its high
value.
While I had a low value order shipped without tracking to Portugal in March which
got lost, I had 30+ other orders which got delivered successfully during the
years so I would not say the Portuguese shipping service is bad or worse than
in any other country.
Tracked Packet option is reliable but slow. Both Spain and Portugal postal services
leave a great deal to be desired. Not worth the cost for expedited as will wallow
in their system(s) as well.
