Bought a Minifig paid with PayPal seller says it won’t allow him to do anything
but mark as packed. Order still shows to pay after I have, the tracking number
show accepted by carrier and no movement in three days.

Did you pay onsite, or did you manually send them money? if you manually sent
it, then Bricklink couldn't collect sales tax, so the order can't be
processed. The only way to fix it is if the seller refunds the payment, and you
pay onsite.

That’s what I done as comments in the invoice he gave his PayPal email to send
it to.

That’s what I done as comments in the invoice he gave his PayPal email to send
it to.

sadly many default templates still include that message, and the seller has to
remove it. however its not applicable for a good few years now.
