Buying Privileges - OKSelling Privileges - OK
Store: Sezar's trains
Received this neutral feedback from a repeated buyer: ok
This was his fourth order from me. I didnt expect this from a repeated buyer
at all
Is it really ok? Then why a neutral?

This buyer has left many poaitive feedbacks but a few negative feedbacks too.
He knows that a neutral is considered somehow a negative.
I already messaged him twice and asked him if he recoevwd all the parts in his
order and if there is anything i can do to make his experience better.
I waited about 18 days but I see he has decided not to communicate with me any
more.

When i see a buyer has left multiple megative feedbacks, i take it as a warning
and add him to my list but he had already submitted his first order in my store
and then left a positive feedback for me and at that point I didn’t see any reason
to add him to my list. I had also checked the feedback record of the sellersfor
whom he left a bad feedback and they had mostly poor feedback record.

Very sorry to hear that happened , when buyers leave bad feedback without sending
or responding to any messages always is saddening

Yes, it does.
Is this going to be a norm to receive a bad feedback for every 300-500 orders?

He left a neutral feedabck
"too expensive"
for Give.Me.A.Brick

My question is this: why in the world did you order at the first place? If it
is expensive, then order from the store it is not expensive.

Yes, and it will forever be a black mark against your feedback percentage because
of the stupid way the feedback percentage is calculated here.

Stoplist them. It is clearly intentional as all other sellers are doing a super
good job.

If they are a repeat customer then they have now lost a store that they can buy
from and will have to find other stores. Yes, you have also lost a potential
customer but if the parts still sell to other buyers then it is no real loss
especially as this is a possible detrimental buyer.

I've had a couple of repeat customers that I stoplisted due to wanting to
return items for what appear to be bogus reasons. I feel better off without them.
