Hi there, I am unable to work out how to ensure international buyers pay duties
whether that is before or after the sale. At the moment I use click and drop
for orders below 2KG and the duties are being charged to my click and drop account.
I assume this process would be easier if I had an IOSS number but I dont. Any
advise on this would be much appreciated.

Not including the current USA issues, duties are paid by the buyer on receipt.
Unless you mean actually make them pay rather than refuse the parcel and you
have to hope to get it back - not much you can do about that.

You could always ship DDP and charge the buyers on order placement, tho that
can be quite complex and likely leave gaps if done on bricklink
