Apart this, yes and as said it's a shame if we'd (also) lose those members.
Indeed, hopefully they do as said and work to re add them as soon as they are
able to. I’ve sold to many of the countries on the list and the buyers were kind
and amazing parts of the community, I’d hate for bricklink to loose them forever

No - They'll all go to eBay or BrickOwl or whatever and won't come back
at any price.
Or maybe 99% of them, but you see what I mean.
