Came across this (olive green) head, but I just cannot find it in the catalogue,
it is dual sided.

Anyone?

It's not LEGO, at least as far as Brickognize is concerned. I would say
since it is also not in catalog that would be the case as well.

Yes, not many heads in Olive Green (22): just go to them through the Colour Guide
and you see all of them on one page and none looks like this one.

So either the colour is wrong or it’s simply not LEGO / not printed by LEGO.

Looks like 3626pb0638 printed on an olive green head. Check the stud. If it has
a blocked open (Y) stud or a recessed solid stud with LEGO and 3626 printed on
the underside that should confirm it's a LEGO head.

Possible factory error Joker print on an olive head.
