Find the set in your inventory and set “pkg type” to “manual”. I don’t think
there is a way to do all sets at once.

I think I found it. Had to change my settings. If I don't enter weight and
dimensions, does Bricklink use the default? Or am I required to add w&d for every
part, set, fig, etc?

If you don't enter anything, the default will be used. You shouldn't
need to change weights or dimensions though, just tick the "manual" box
for every set.

BL default info is pretty good for small or med sets. I change anything larger
to manual. Also a good idea for larger instruction books.
