I have just been approved as a seller. I have no clue how to add stock except
one piece at a time. There must be an easier way. Any help would be appreciated.

Make your second best friend Brickognize.com Hands down is the best place to
identify all the different Lego parts you are not familiar with and where you
can locate them within BrickLink but Brickognize really shines in helping you
to identify minifigures and their individualy pieces. BrickStore even has Brickognize
built into it.
I cant imagine putting anything into our store without BrickStore and I cant
imagine trying to identify used minifig pieces without Brickgonize.

Thank you,
I use an Excel spreadsheet to generate XML and then the mass upload tool.

I am currently uploading one item or multiples of one item. One at a time, from
the Brick Scan App. I was wondering if I could somehow upload my inventory on
there all at once to my store. Then I can pick out what I dont want to sell.

If you are selling used / single parts from bulk, then spend time sorting and
storing before listing. Otherwise you will spend a lot of time repeating the
same steps for the same parts.
I wouldn't list massive amounts early on. List small amounts that are likely
to sell so you can learn how to be a seller slowly rather than getting overwhelmed
with lots of orders in a short time.
Pick parts you think are worth selling and list them first. Don't bother
spending time on low quantities of a common cheap part. Wait until you have bulk
quantities before listing that type of part.
