When buyers request a quote and choose PayPal (and I guess Stripe too) as payment
method, I send them the quote. Once they accept the quote, they receive an automate
invoice moments after they accept the quote, so they can immediately pay their
invoice. All good.

However if they choose Interac e-transfer, the format of automate invoice as
as follows, where my template message is shortened and so they don't know
how to pay.

The shortened message:

Then the buyer cannot pay or would not know how to pay.
So he has to wait until seller sees that the quote is accepted and has to send
the quote:

The Quote accepted message is a different template that you also need to fill:
