To a Korean. Double checked and tested the parts before shipping.
Today morning, I woke up with an NPB strike against me and a few messages.
The text on NPB:

7860 has a different Lego set, and 7866 is missing the wire ends. I bought it
because it was in perfect condition, but there are some missing pieces and damage.
Message one:
The railroad track is wrong.
There should be two holes in it
There are 2 pieces that are 1 piece
Please send me a railroad track or give me a refund.
It's a problem with 7860.
Message two:
The 7866 wire is also damaged
I'm just asking for a full refund
I bought it because it said "Complete" on the status
There's damage Please give me a refund

I responded but nothing happened yet. I contacted the help desk again and they
messaged me back on the 11th:
"

The buyer could have completed the NSS since the 14th:
This order can be cancelled after Nov 14, 2025 10:11 by
A buyer opens an NSS because he claims two parts are missing/deficient and he
can complete the NSS but there is no solution or exit for seller?

From past experience, showing proof of tracking is enough to get it closed
Buyer chose "Seller shipped order but order was incomplete" so what the
tracking info would add to what Bricklink customer service know?
The issue is that they did not inform me what I need to do. No communication
since then.

As far as I know, bricklink dosent really care, more so just If its a NSS, and
you send them proof of shipping they remove it, and thats where it usually ends.

I sent it. The problem is that the reason no communication from BL and at any
time this buyer can complete the NSS.
The buyer had opened a PayPal claim. I accepted the return and then, he closed
the PayPal claim. But anyway, Bricklink does not know this and did not ask me
for any information since my last response to their first and last message.
