I need help adding inventory for the promotional Lego store set - a birthday
cake that was given out at 1st anniversary of local store.
The set number/name from instructions is:
v29 6509762 BI LBR 2024 Birthday Cake
Rebrickable has the set listed under the number above.
When I try to start inventoring via step 2 (set number + estimated number of
entries), I get an "Item Not Found in Catalog" error and cannot progress
further.
Does an admin need to create a set in the database before inventory can be added?
Does this set exist under different number already? (searching for birthday cake
does not yield results).
Attached is the scan of front page. I have both pages scanned in higher resolution
if needed.

First the set needs to be submitted to BrickLink using this form:
For the first life year of a set we require it to be inventoried from sealed
set contents, so if you got it be sure that the parts list printed matches what
you got in the bag and comment any discrepancies if so.

Added set photo (cropped from instruction scan as I dont have any good camera)
Uploaded front and reverse side of instruction on the instruction page.
Where can I view my submissions and their acceptance status? I can't quite
find it in UI.
You find the My Activity link in your profile menu on the top right.
Also another place where it is shown is if you go to the Marketplace menu on
top left and click on Add or Change, there on the bottom you can see your pending
things.
