Part No: 98313 Name: Arm Mechanical, Exo-Force / Bionicle, Thick Support

Parts: Minifigure, Body Part {Dark Blue}
Seems to be a pretty pricey part since this color was only included in one set.
There is a variant of this part that is similar and might be cheaper to get.
If you look near the clip part you will see the difference.

I am surprised that Lego customer service didn't offer to send a free replacement
piece if your newly purchased, sealed set was missing a piece. On the other hand
if you bought as used copy, lost the piece or broke it, I would understand them
not offering. What did you say when talking with Lego customer service?
