Recently I opened 4851 and I found this element different that shown on bricklink inventory. I suppose there are some changes during production.
In fact the circle isn't dark bluish gray as is statted on description, it is black. I've checked with a magnifying glass

Can you check the production code on the box, for that time it should be a 4-Long
string with digits and a letter in the 3rd spot: XX?X
3068pb0062 is already found as alternate in other 2003 set so this could be a
later production run.
LEGO data usually updates to the newer variant but in this case it is still showing
the old one.
Could you also upload a photo of your piece to this thread?
