I've had a store for years and it's always worked fine, until last night's
order (11PM)

Previously, when a buyer bought all of a lot in my store, the order details showed
X. Now it shows 0 and the lot is in my stockroom.

I have not made any changes to my store settings.

The Store Settings do not show any place where I can change this back.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks,
Ruth

Find the part in the regular search and then click on the inventory (number)
thing then you should able to find it and it will tell you what stockroom it’s
in if it set to retain. (Or click the red 0 on the order).

Otherwise wait until after tonight’s daily maintenance and it might fix it

It's just something that happens occasionally, that an order's items
will be "retained" even though it's not what you wanted. The only
way out of it is to delete the 0-qty entries from your inventory.

True, but note also that they should be automatically deleted at midnight BL
or anyway when the BrickLink daily maintenance happens, every day.

So normally you shouldn't have those zero Qty older than today.

In other words, one can simply wait for the maintenance and check if they're
still here (otherwise delete them).

Mine don't seem to get deleted in the daily maintenance (I just deleted 7-8
of them)

They were deleted years ago, and they should
