Hello,

I plan to be a vendor at a display convention in summer 2026, so I figured that
I better get started on the pricing and packing now.

I have roughly 200 minifig torsos (not assemblies) that will be among the convention
stock. Pricing notwithstanding, can anyone suggest a way to organize them for
sale?

Do I group by color? By theme? How many torsos to a single packet to make it
worth picking up? Theme would be the toughest, as I don't have a great percentage
of the hot sellers such as SW, HP, etc. that I can see.

If I can at all avoid having to look up each one in the process of grouping them
for sale, that would be preferable.

Thank you for any assistance,

Pat

I've bought a lot of minifigs and minifig parts over the years at
LEGO conventions, but not a single one was ever just the torso (without arms).
I don't think there's much of a market for that at the shows.
